Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and oversee payment processes, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
- Archive and organize payment documents for audit and reference purposes.
- Record payments in detailed financial reports and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
