Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process payments via bank transfers, checks, or other payment methods, adhering to company policies.
- Maintain and update vendor records, contracts, and payment terms in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and operations, to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payables, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for accounts payable transactions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
