Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely and efficient processing of payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Continuously improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a multinational or sustainability-focused organization is a plus.
