Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process monthly journal entries and reconcile bank statements with precision
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
- Provide support during internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions is a plus
- Certification such as CPA or CA is advantageous
