Responsibility
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are updated in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing and financial statements.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation for audit and internal review purposes.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all tax and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounts executive or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or cloud-based solutions) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Malay.
