Responsibility
- Handle daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment records accurately.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash flow.
- Collaborate with branch management to track inventory costs and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail accounting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Must be willing to be based in Klebang, Perak.
