Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the finance team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and assist with audits as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
