Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting is advantageous.
