Responsibility

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain and update AP records, financial databases, and reporting systems in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment processes.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement and improve financial workflows and administrative procedures to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
