Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Process payroll, invoices, and expense claims while ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, vendors) to resolve financial discrepancies and support audits.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as office supplies management, contract filing, and correspondence with clients and partners.
- Support HR functions, including employee records management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and compliance with labor laws.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial and administrative processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
