Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, vendor coordination, and document filing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Implement and maintain efficient financial and administrative systems and processes.
  • Provide support to senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
