Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage petty cash and expense reports, providing timely updates to the finance team.
- Support the administrative functions of the office, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth communication and transaction processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
