Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize liabilities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Experience in a multinational or dynamic business environment is preferred.
