Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or Brevet A/B is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
