Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all financial data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
