Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
