Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and journal entries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
