Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, taxes, and statutory reporting (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to maintain accuracy and mitigate risks.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to drive business growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Experience in a multicultural or fast-paced environment is preferred.
