Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and other accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Experience in payroll processing and tax compliance is highly desirable.
