Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
- Implement financial software solutions to streamline accounting processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
