Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial controls, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
