Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all accounting, finance, and tax operations for the company.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Mentor and train junior staff to build a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
