Responsibility
- Manage daily billing operations, ensuring all patient charges are accurately recorded and processed.
- Execute collection efforts on outstanding accounts while maintaining a professional and supportive patient experience.
- Prepare and verify daily sales reports and reconcile cash receipts against clinical records.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to resolve billing discrepancies and insurance-related inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial summaries and budget reports for management review.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial transactions and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a billing/collection role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interdepartmental coordination.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and company financial data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
