Responsibility
- Prepare and monitor inventory records for raw materials, fuel, and spare parts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update daily operational documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate and timely financial data.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and operational documents to identify and address potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
