Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Process and record daily transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
- Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
