Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing financial reports and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed, including data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds will be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
