Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in financial records.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to meet strict deadlines.
