Responsibility

  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset (FA) subsidiary ledger, ensuring accurate monthly depreciation entries.
  • Record and process payroll-related transactions, including salaries, statutory contributions, and benefits.
  • Handle final pay processing for departing employees with high accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage employee cash advances, liquidations, and expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure all supporting documents are filed systematically.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities and internal audit preparations.
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical financial records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Financial Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
  • In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll processes.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERPs) is a strong advantage.
