Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset (FA) subsidiary ledger, ensuring accurate monthly depreciation entries.
- Record and process payroll-related transactions, including salaries, statutory contributions, and benefits.
- Handle final pay processing for departing employees with high accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee cash advances, liquidations, and expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure all supporting documents are filed systematically.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities and internal audit preparations.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Financial Management.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance-related role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll processes.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERPs) is a strong advantage.
