Responsibility

  • Process and verify accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
  • Perform daily bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Prepare tax documentation and assist with BIR regulatory filings as required.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic records or 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and local tax regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
