Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial data integrity and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure company adherence.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required.
