In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial health while ensuring our daily administrative operations run smoothly.

You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting duties, including the implementation of the latest E-Invoice requirements, while also supporting our management team with administrative tasks to keep the business thriving. Responsibility

  • Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Oversee the E-Invoice submission process in compliance with LHDN requirements.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) cycles efficiently.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for all financial records.
  • Coordinate with management on daily administrative support to ensure seamless retail operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Conduct inventory monitoring and cross-verification for accounting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (LCCI/ACCA/CAT or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administration.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian E-Invoicing standards and tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a retail environment.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in Tanjung Piandang, Perak.
