We are currently seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Accountant (CPA) at a Managerial Level to oversee the financial operations, budgeting, and strict compliance for the monumental Bataan–Cavite Interlink Bridge (BCIB) Project, operating from our regional office in Bali.
As a key financial leader, you will be responsible for managing substantial project budgets, coordinating complex financial reporting, and ensuring total alignment with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the complete financial management cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the BCIB project.
- Ensure strict compliance with international accounting standards, corporate financial policies, and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors, joint-venture partners, tax authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project expenditures, cash flows, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of a dedicated team of junior accountants and financial analysts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and standardized financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or hold an equivalent internationally recognized professional credential.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record in a managerial, supervisory, or controller-level role handling project-based accounting.
- Expertise in budgeting, risk management, financial forecasting, and complex international tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial teams.
- High proficiency in using advanced ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities.
