Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work environment is an advantage.
