Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including general ledger entries and bank statements.
- Prepare and submit tax compliance reports in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
