Responsibility
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and cash flow monitoring.
- Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST filing and tax submission.
- Maintain systematic filing systems and digital records for all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services or accounting firm.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualification is a plus).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
