Responsibility
- Perform daily data entry of invoices and financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Reconcile Account Receivable and Account Payable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain Account Receivable records, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tax compliance and financial reporting is a plus.
