Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies for high-value clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing partnerships with key brands and influencers in the region.
- Manage and grow client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and campaign performance reviews.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of data-driven campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and measurable ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media, AI, and influencer marketing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a team of account managers and digital specialists to foster professional growth and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value client accounts in the digital or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to evolving market demands.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
