Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents as required by Indonesian authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data flow.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
