Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support for project costing and profitability analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
