Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate administrative duties, such as office supply management, vendor communications, and document filing.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless financial and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve workflow and productivity.
- Support audits and tax filings by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
